It was a pleasure and a relief to have found Susan and David Maryanski when my husband and I were faced with selling my deceased sister’s home which was little more than a shell. It was by sheer luck that we were put in touch with Susan and David after making a cold call to inquire about a Hoboken listing of theirs. A quick phone conversation with them was all we needed to know how warm and genuine they are as people. It was clear from our first outing together that Susan and David really do hustle to put the customer first--whether it was meeting with us for a full day of apartment tours on New Years Eve, working with our very rigid schedule of evening appointments/calls, with periodic calls to check in during periods of limited inventory. We were looking for our first multi-family property in Northern NJ to begin our real estate investment portfolio. After a few meetings with some lackluster agents, a friend recommended Opulent Living, who helped her and her husband find their first home. In our first meeting with them, they were very personable and professional, walking us through every step of the process in buying our home. Most importantly, our first impression of Dave and Susan was that they cared and understood what we were looking for. We knew immediately they were a perfect fit for us.
